I woke today and am the same weight as yesterday. My "comfort" weight, that is near impossible to get below and it appears the same holds true now. Just to see what happens, I'm going to not have a protein shake today, and see if that makes a difference. It's just weird to go from losing 2 pounds a day for the last 3 days, to nothing :( I guess I should look at the bright side, I am losing weight. And based on what Dr. P told me, I should expect a pound a day. That being said, I should lose 7 in a week, and I'm well ahead of that.
Off to buy some shrimp cocktail (sans sauce, of course) and some more LARGE apples :)
