buffalo

It's now day 3, and I've lost another 2 lbs- again, probably mostly water. I'm worried if I keep losing at this rate, it will slow down completely. Hope this is normal.

I went to Whole Foods and got some fish- AND some buffalo!! Yikes! I'm about to grill it on the indoor grill. This is a first. I'm told it tastes like beef, with a slight "gamey" taste, so I'm worried about that fact, but hope I like it!

Just had some coffee for the 1st time in a few days- added a packet of stevia & a tablespoon of soy creamer- the stevia made it a bit bitter, but was drinkable.

I looked at the calendar, and 21 days from when I started will be July 20th... have a ways to go, but am getting there one day at a time. Really excited for this transformation to start taking place more and more each day. Just trying to keep busy, and focused. It's definitely a mental game, but my tummy is still feeling better than ever, and THAT is motivation enough to keep on keeping on :)
